Cath trained as a professional actress, working on stage and screen, until she decided to give up the glitz and glamour of it all for digital marketing recruitment! Starting her recruitment career in the City of London where she worked for 10 years as a recruiter at agencies that specialised in TV, film and advertising.

In 2010 Cath moved to Brighton and spent a year at a leading national recruitment agency, where she focused mainly on marketing jobs. While working there she saw a gap in Brighton for a 'specialist' digital marketing recruitment company. In March 2011, Cath and Liz filled that gap, launching Talent Hub.
