​CRO Executive/ Specialist

Salary circa £40,000

Brighton / Hybrid

The Talent Hub team are managing a brand new CRO Executive vacancy, this will be joining a performance marketing team who sit in a wider marketing department. We’d like to hear from CRO Specialists who have an eCommerce background, in-depth knowledge of web analytics, GA4, Hotjar, SEMrush . You will be optimising landing pages, refining customer journeys, and fine tuning their online sign up process.

Key responsibilities for this CRO job include:

  • Develop a data driven conversion rate optimization framework to improve critical web journeys on the path to joining

  • Analyse website and digital marketing campaign performance using analytical tools.

  • Uncover user insights using various methods such as Hotjar, GA4, surveys, panels, onsite feedback web chat, CRM.

  • Work with the creative and web teams to execute A/B and multivariate tests using VWO.

  • Generate regular reports covering conversion rates, changes made, tests implemented, findings and recommendations.

  • Explore techniques that tailor the join journey and messaging based on user behaviour, demographics, and membership tiers to boost conversion rate

  • Develop strategies to improve lead capture forms and processes, and optimise these leads to conversion.

What you will need for this CRO Executive job:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, analytics or a related field

  • Proven experience as a conversion rate specialist for an e-commerce business or agency side CRO role.

  • In depth knowledge of web analytics tools such as GA4, Hotjar, SEMrush Proficient in A/B testing and optimization techniques

  • A good working knowledge of CRO and testing tools such as VWO

  • Excellent analytical skills and a knack of uncovering behavioural patterns and actionable insights

  • Numerate and have the ability to interpret data and statistics including Google Analytics goal set up and reporting

  • Data visualization experience
