Salary £55,000 - £60,000
Talent Hub is working in partnership with an award-winning marketing agency, in the heart of Brighton. With an enviable client list of well-known brands, they are expanding their clients services team and are looking for a an experienced Group Account Director to head up a team and delivering high quality brand and ATL campaigns for their clients.
For this Group Account Director job, you must have:
Worked at Senior client services level for at least 3 years, at a creative marketing agency
Proven skills in delivering high quality TVCs, from concept through to production and delivery.
Previously created and developed brand strategies for large, well-known brands.
Managed a team of Account Managers, mentoring, motivating, and guiding them.
Strong project management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritise, problem-solve and plan
Confident with presenting and articulating creative ideas
Strong financial acumen and experience of scoping and budgeting large scale projects
Experience of working with global brands
Responsibilities for this Group Account Director role include:
Responsible for managing and developing Account Directors and Senior Account Managers
Work closely with the Creative Director and Creative Services Director to achieve optimum inter-departmental efficiency
Managing brand strategy and directing creative campaigns
Spending time with clients in person building friendships, trust and understand their needs.
Build rewarding relationships with your senior client contacts, coordinating agency efforts to ensure retention and growth, whilst identifying new opportunities
Ensuring accurate project scoping, budgeting and scheduling
Responsible for client financial performance, including forecasting, reporting, cost control, maximising profitability, timely invoicing and securing payment
