Who we are
We're a small but perfectly formed independent agency, specialising in headhunting and recruitment of Marketing and Digital jobs. Originally, we focused on Brighton and Sussex, although over the past 12 years we have expanded and worked with UK wide companies and global brands.

Who we work with
We work with all size businesses including global brands and smaller companies; if they have a requirement for a marketing person or team – Talent Hub can find the best person for the job. Covering all industries including Travel, Tech, Financial Services, IT, Education, Retail and Charity. Our job seekers range from mid-level Marketing Executives to Marketing Directors, as well as all the specialisms of marketing, including Web Analysts, PPC, SEO, PR, Copywriters, Content Creators, Social Media experts and UX designers.
Our Directors
With a career spanning 29 years in Marketing. Liz brings a wealth of knowledge from both in-house and agency environments from 14 years working for London's leading Ad' agencies and in-house roles for tech companies. Before setting up and running Talent Hub for the past 14 years. She doesn't just bring recruitment knowledge, but also marketing expertise. .
Meanwhile, Cath boasts 21 years of expertise in marketing and digital recruitment. Whilst working for London recuitment agencies for 7 years for well known media, and marketing agencies. She brought those skills and experience to her own agency, when she set-up Talent Hub with Liz 14 years ago.
