Demand Generation Manager- Paid Media

Salary circa £55,000 - £60,000

East Sussex /Hybrid / Remote

Talent Hub are working with a successful Sussex based SaaS company who are bringing their Paid Media function in-house.

Working into their Head of Digital this is a pivotal role with a PPC delivery focus, owning and reviewing PPC, Display and Paid Social. You will drive and increase B2B funnel demand, lead generation through Paid Media activity and optimisation.

You will join a collaborative, creative and friendly company who champion communication, engagement and welcome new ideas to challenge their current landscape and drive positive results.

Key responsibilities for the Demand Generation Manager include:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Paid Media strategy.

  • Manage and optimise all Paid Media campaigns.

  • Collaborate with the website and content manager to ensure messaging and branding across all digital touch-points.

  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimisation

  • Conduct A/B testing to improve ad creative, targeting, and overall campaign performance.

  • Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.

What you will need for this Demand Generation Manager job:

  • Agency side or in-house (technical delivery) hands-on experience of campaign set up and optimisation of campaigns across PPC, Display as well as Paid Social.

  • Paid Media experience from B2B sector, ideally SaaS or Tech with a lead generation focus.

  • Experience in B2B funnel Demand Generation.

  • Experience of budget management, reporting and analysis.

  • Experience of knowledge of HubSpot would be useful but not essential.

  • Proven skills in using Google Analytics, Google Ads, plus other digital tools and platforms.

  • An eye for design, with experience of briefing designers on digital marketing assets.
