Digital Marketing Manager

Fleet, Hampshire

Salary £40,000 - £45,000

Talent Hub are working in partnership with a market leading company in the Tech industry sector. The UK office is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager with excellent lead generation skills in a B2B market. Previous experience and skills in using Hubspot is also required for this varied job.

This job requires working from the Fleet, Hampshire office. This is NOT a fully remote working job.

Responsibilities for this Digital Marketing Manager job include:

  • Create and develop the Marketing strategy and plan for all tech platforms and channels.

  • Deliver lead gen’ campaigns for the UK market, working alongside the Sales team in data capture and inbound marketing activities.

  • Create engaging web and digital content, including customer case studies, video content on product and data information for various industries and sectors.

  • Maximise customer retention as well as new client acquisition, utilising their Hubspot tool for CRM.

  • Create, deliver and drive thought leadership pieces for multiple digital channels, including web, blogs, LinkedIn, customer newsletters etc.

  • Manage and develop the SEO and PPC specialists, ensuring latest trends, best practise and increased ROI are achieved.

  • Managing and updating the web optimisation, from content to user journeys, data capture and ensuring this all ties in with the Hubspot CRM.

  • Analysis and reporting on all digital platforms, channel and tools. Suggesting improvements and ensuring latest trends and best practise are adhered to.

For this Digital Marketing Manager, you should have:

  • Worked in a B2B marketing job, ideally at Senior Marketing Executive or Manager level

  • Be educated to Degree level or equivalent in Marketing or Business.

  • Previous experience and proven skills in using Hubspot.

  • Successfully managed and delivered email marketing campaigns for a B2B target audience.

  • Ideally worked in SaaS or tech industries.

  • Solid understanding of PPC and SEO.

  • Confidently worked with senior members of the team and with clients.

  • A self starter, ideas lead, creative and able to work to deadline, brand and budget.

  • Passionate about Digital Marketing and keep up to date with the latest trends
