Product Marketing Manager (DTC)

Salary £40,000 - £50,000

Brighton/ Hybrid, 2 days office based

Our client is looking for a skilled and experience Product Marketing Manager to join the busy Product Marketing team. You will be responsible for a consumer product portfolio (health/beauty) where your objective is to drive sustainable growth. You will be responsible for the full marketing mix through maximising the core portfolio whilst developing impactful innovation that drives the value of the products.

We are looking for candidates with a passion for the beauty industry, as well as focussed on customer centricity, by being focused on how the product messaging and the omni-channel experience are as important as delivering on great formulations for NPD.

What you will need for this Global Product Marketing Manager job:

  • Experience in similar Brand or Product Marketing Manager positions within a large, international retailer in consumer goods or FMCG (preferably within the cosmetics Industry) for at least 3 years.

  • Worked in either retail or ecommerce in a consumer product focussed sector.

  • Brand building and development experience in driving brand strategies & campaigns

  • Strong expertise in NPD and launches to markets

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to dissect data into concrete actionable strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute the products strategy, focussing on delivering customer acquisition and profitable growth.

  • Ensure the core portfolio and new product development positioning and communication stays true to the brand purpose across all touch points.

  • Be the key person on the product development team to define goals and create a vision for development projects.

  • Own & create compelling product messaging which speaks to the brand’s unique values and category specifications.
