Hybrid, 2 days office based

Talent Hub is managing a new Senior Partnership Manager job opening, for an established lifestyle brand based in Brighton and covering the UK. Working into Head of Proposition and managing an experienced Partnership Manager, this is a varied and rewarding position to develop.

You will lead the Partnerships team, manage all product partner relationships, generating income and driving opportunities for growth and retention.

Key responsibilities for the Senior Partnerships Manager include:

  • Lead the Partnerships team including full staff and budget management.
  • Oversee account management of a diverse range of partners to deliver agreed commercial targets.
  • Achieve partnership usage and income targets and any other agreed organisational KPIs.
  • Ensure all partnerships operate with relevant regulatory and legal frameworks to ensure regulatory and legal obligations are understood and met.
  • Deliver the Proposition strategic initiatives in conjunction with the Head of Proposition and the Senior Events Manager.
  • Monitor and review all existing contracts and source new partners to deliver great offers and value to members, engaging in sometimes complex contract negotiations
  • Assist the marketing team with the creation and delivery of marketing plans, providing a critical link to external partners and signing off all partnership marketing material.

What you will need for this Senior Partnerships job:

  • Previous Partnerships Management experience within a b2c consumer focused organisation.
  • Experience of managing a range of commercial partnerships.
  • Contract management experience.
  • Experience of managing a budget and driving revenue through partnership income
  • Good understand of digital and print marketing
  • Ability to travel to attend occasional partner events outside normal business hours with occasional overnight stays away from home.
