Salary up to £75,000

12 month Maternity Contract

Crawley, West Sussex / Hybrid

Working in the Head of Customer Experience and as part of a Digital Product team you will be owning digital products, driving the roadmap aligning this with the business strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

• Working alongside a Product Owner, you will contribute the development of the new software features and functionality, you will also maintain and deliver the product roadmap.

• You will manage the key product performance metrics and suggest new solutions to increase the Products business value

• Assess product risks and create plans to mitigate risks and maximise opportunities.

• Work with stakeholders to assess business value effort

• Provide Product vision and direction to the business, projects teams and the agile development team

What you will need for this Senior Digital Product Manager job:

• Previous experience in a Digital Product Manager or Digital Product Owner role, delivering change through a full development life cycle

• Experience of Software Development Cycle

• Experience of Change Delivery and Agile frameworks

• Background in Digital Product Ownership within the Financial Services or Pensions space would be ideal although not essential

• Ability to inspire and collaborate with senior leaders to sell Product vision
